Everything! The rooms were very clean and perfectly spacious. To non-Italians this might sound weird but the bathroom even had a bidet! 😄 The hotel facilities were perfect, both the beach and the swimming pool. The restaurant was very very good and food was super tasty! The best thing was the staff, I especially appreciated Hazam’s and Shyam’s service, very careful and extremely kind!

We loved everything about it, everything was perfect, staff were extremely friendly and supportive. Its private beach was amazing and the pool was also heated so it was a pleasure to swim in it. The breakfast was also perfect, it was big variety of food and there was fresh orange juice and high-quality coffee and they were also cooking omelettes for us. They gave us free bottles of water every day and also cooled water at the pool and beach. Taxis were always waiting us at the entrance of the hotel so transportation was very easy. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to everyone. 🥰

I was surprised how nice and polite the staff was - especially at the reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant manager was very attentive and made sure we had a great stay and the restaurant staff always welcomed us with a smile on their face - including the cooks and waiters. We felt like princesses literally. I also liked that we got fresh towels and free water at the beach. I absolutely recommend this hotel - to me it is a five star hotel, not a four star one.

The rooms was clean and good enough size. The staff for the breakfast and the checkin and checkout are very professional. The good access to the beach.

value for money - especially by selecting the room option " with access to Lounge" 5 till 7pm unlimited wine, beer, and an array of food ( not complete meal as 1 reviewer expected!) - however enough soup, sandwiches, limited hot food for an evening . Drinks are expensive 1 pint of beer £11.40 so free wine and beer not to be ignored! (It was popular) Taxis are all metered, secure and cheap by UK standards It has a nice beachside location for a "seaside" feel.

Fantastic 4 stras hotel. Clean and really big room and bathroom. Very good equiped ( kettle, tea, coffe, iron, etc..) Great wifi service everywhere in the building and outside too. Very fast check-in and check-out. Staff is very kind and helpful. Our late check out was free of charge. Breakfast is great. You can find lots of great quality food in the morning. The hotels beach provides great opportunuty to enjoy the sea. Water sport activities are available on the beach or reception. Zayed Grand Mosqui is 6 minutes by car. AUE airport is 15 minutes from the hotel.

I liked most the hotel's beach, white sand, comfortable access, and very clean. Breakfast was good with nice variety, the club lounge was working at noon offering some coffee or some sodas, with a bit of a snack or fruit (nothing fency, basic), and at the after noon, offered some nice snacks with alcohol. The staff was great, always smiling and provided good atmosphere. It was very easy to visit some nice places on foot from the hotel, so I made it my home base for the first 3 days (afterwards I moved to Yas Island). Good value, defenitly recommended if traveling that area.
